LEXINGTON PARK, Md. – AVIAN Holdings, Inc. announced the appointment of Manik Rath as an independent member of its Board of Directors. Rath brings decades of leadership experience in the defense, intelligence, and technology sectors, as well as extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and strategic growth.

Rath currently serves on the Board of Directors for Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER) and the Board of Advisors for Credence, a $500 million revenue company. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Daybreak LLC, an AI/ML software developer specializing in data analytics, geospatial analytics, and intelligence analysis for mission-critical federal agencies.
Previously, Rath held leadership positions including interim CEO of an IT modernization firm and CEO/COO of C2 Technologies Inc., where he drove significant business growth. He also served as Senior Vice President at LMI, spearheading acquisitions and business development efforts that expanded the company’s footprint across the Department of Defense and intelligence sectors. Rath was a co-founder of Alion Science and Technology, an ESOP-owned engineering and technology firm that grew to $1.4 billion in revenue before its acquisition by Huntington Ingalls in 2021.
