Effective January 6, Level Up, LLC a leading provider of mission information technology, data analytics, and mission execution for the United States Intelligence Community, announced Garrett Melich as its new President.
Level Up operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of AVIAN, LLC, an employee-owned government services small business, and is branded as Level Up, powered by AVIAN.

Melich holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from the University of South Florida, a master’s degree in technology management from Georgetown University, and over 20 years of experience supporting the federal government.
Melich’s experience includes leadership roles across multiple operational, analytic, and technical disciplines, organizational change management within the intelligence community, and field assignments across the globe. This individual's expertise spans intelligence operations, digital innovation, cyber, and policy domains. His background also includes post-government experience in the private sector, focusing on business development in the defense industry.
