LEXINGTON PARK, Md. – Effective July 25, Level Up, LLC, a leading provider of mission information technology, data analytics, and mission execution for the United States Intelligence Community, announced Tim Hardy as its President.
Level Up operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of AVIAN, LLC, an employee-owned government services small business, and is branded as Level Up, powered by AVIAN.
Before the sale of the company to AVIAN in November 2021, Hardy was an equal partner at Level Up and was one of the original three founders in 2010.

Hardy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems and Accounting from James Madison University and over 20 years of experience supporting the federal government.
